5 Lightroom mobile presets designed to enhance your outdoor shots! I developed these while traveling across the US. Each is unique, pulling out different colors from the sky, trees, and even dirt so it doesn't matter where you are, you've got a preset to edit your photo perfectly!
HOW DOES IT WORK:
Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with your receipt. That email will NOT include the presets!
Shortly after that email comes in, you'll get a second email titled "Your Travel Preset Pack is HERE". That's where you'll find the .zip file with your new presets and further instructions on how to download and use them on your photos!
*if you purchase multiple preset packs at once, you will receive a separate email for each pack!*
HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE PRESETS:
If you are on your computer, open your confirmation email, download the .zip file and open (or uncompress) the file. When you do this, you should see the DNG files which hold the presets. It is these files that you need to get from your computer to your phone.
(If you are running into an issue with the .zip file and it will not download, try using a different internet browser or if you are on your phone, please check out the phone instructions below.)
You can either email, text, or AirDrop the files to your phone and save them one by one as photos on your phone.
To make it a bit easier, I would recommend saving them directly to your phone when you receive your confirmation email. Depending on what phone you have, you may need to install a .zip file reading app to download the presets. I use the 'Unzip - zip file opener' app available for iPhones.
From that app you should be able to save each file as a photo individually. Make sure you save every file!
When you look at your camera roll, they will appear as blank images but DON'T WORRY!
Once you have the images saved, you want to open the Lightroom app and upload the blank DNG image to Lightroom. Once they are added to Lightroom, you should see the images with the name of the preset in the bottom left-hand corner. Select an image to start editing it but DON'T DO ANYTHING! Before you start playing around with the settings, you need to save the preset so you can use it in the future.
Click on the 3 Dot Icon in the top right-hand corner of the app. A drop-down menu will appear and you should see an option that says "Create Preset". Click on this option and enter the name of the preset where prompted.
You need to do this with all 5 presets to ensure that they are saved to your Lightroom app so you can use them for your photos!
HOW TO USE THE PRESETS:
Once you have all of the presets saved you can start using them on your photos!
To use the presets after they are saved, you want to import a photo that you want to edit. Then slide along the bar at the bottom with all the editing options until you see the Presets option. It will be one of the very last options on the right.
Click on Presets and select the preset that you want to use! If you do not see the presets that you just saved, there is a downward arrow or "v" at the top left of the presets menu. Select that and click on "User Presets".
If you aren't sure what preset would look best on your photo, tap on a few before selecting the checkmark at the top-right hand corner.
If at any point you want to switch the preset you are using, simply go back to that Presets option on the bottom menu and select a new preset!
These presets are made for 1-click editing but there may be some customization needed! So feel free to increase the exposure, add more color, or do what you need to do to make your photos perfect!
