Do you ship internationally?!

Heck yes, we do! The only countries we cannot ship to are Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

How much does shipping cost?

Yeah... shipping costs can be the worst sometimes but it's worth it to get the product to you safe and sound! Depending on your location and the weight of the package, shipping prices may vary. The total cost will be calculated before you complete your purchase so you can always back out if it's not what you were expecting.

Do products ever go on sale?

Never say never! But honestly, it doesn't happen often. Make sure you check Cathrin's Instagram stories for sneaky sales but your best bet is to just get what you want now!

When will I get my order?

Here's the thing... each order is made to order! Meaning the product you receive was made just for you! So orders usually ship within 2-7 business days. Once it's on its way to you, you will receive an email confirming shipment and providing you with a tracking number! From placing your order to receiving it at your door, it could take 20 business days depending on your location. I KNOW! That's a lot... so if it's been over 3 weeks, simply email support@cathrinmanning.com and we'll see what's taking so long.

I haven't received a tracking number for my shipment! How will I know when it will arrive?

When you complete the purchase, you'll first receive an order confirmation. This does not mean it's been shipped! It's gotta be created first. Once it's shipped, you will receive another email with a shipping confirmation and the tracking information. HOWEVER, if you didn't receive a tracking number in that email for some strange reason, just email support@cathrinmanning.com with your order number and we can send it your way. From there, you should receive 2 more emails: one when the package is out for delivery and a second once it's arrived! YAY!

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

Only if you email support@cathrinmanning.com within 24 hours and let us know your order number and what you want to be changed or canceled. Once the order moves into fulfillment there is nothing we can do, so make sure you act FAST! Because of this, make sure you double-check the information entered at purchase, especially your shipping address!!

My product never arrived... wtf?

Make sure you check the tracking information included in this shipping confirmation email to see where your package is. If it doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery window the shipping provider gives you, you should first contact them to see what is going on. If in the unlikely event it gets lost in the mail and never arrives, please email support@cathrinmanning.com and Fancy will do her best to make the situation right! Please note: we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that are reported as delivered!

It looks like I'm missing an item in my order. What should I do?

If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. I know, weird. That's just the way it is sometimes. Please check the shipping confirmation email to make sure it included all items in your order. Also, check the packing slip to see if all items on the slip match what you received. If something is off, just email support@cathrinmanning.com and we'll see what's going on and make sure you get everything you ordered! Please note: claims made after 4 weeks of receiving your product cannot be accommodated, so sorry!

Can I exchange my product for another size?!

Well, shoot! That happens sometimes. To get the right size, you'll need to email support@cathrinmanning.com with your order number and explain what happened. We'll process the item like a normal return (visit the Refund Policy for more information) and you'll need to complete another purchase with the right size. To avoid this whole process, make sure to read the sizing details on the product page.

Can I return a product if I don't want it anymore?

Of course, you can as long as it's still in its original condition! Meaning the tags, stickers, and labels are still attached AND it hasn't been washed, worn, or damaged. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns for hats, as stated on the sales page. Head over to the Refund Policy to find out the next steps. Returns are only accepted within the first 2 weeks of receiving your product. 

My product arrived misprinted or damaged... HELP!

How long do I have to return a product?

If the product is misprinted or arrived damaged, you have 4 weeks to submit your claim because we really dropped the ball there! Otherwise, if you have buyer's remorse, it doesn't fit, or you just want your money back to buy something better, please contact support@cathrinmanning.com within 2 weeks of receiving your product. All claims made outside those timeframes cannot be accommodated.

Where do I send items I want to return?

Make sure you contact support@cathrinmanning.com to let us know that you will be returning something with your order number. Then send the item to:

If you just send a returned item to this address without contacting us, we won't know how to process the return and who deserves their money back! So make sure you contact us first to let us know what's going on.

Do I have to pay for shipping to return a product?

Sadly, yes. You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the product. So make sure you're 100% sure you're making the right decision before completing your purchase.

How and when will I get my refund for a returned product?

Once the product is received by support, Fancy will inspect it, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirming the refund at that time. To speed up the process, feel free to send the tracking number for the returned product to support@cathrinmanning.com so we can expect its arrival!
